This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the online activities of this website and is valid for website visitors/users. No data deriving from the web service is disclosed or disseminated except in cases expressly provided for by law. Personal data provided by users is used solely for the purpose of performing the service or provision requested and specified in the purposes of processing and is disclosed to third parties only where this is necessary for that purpose.

Types of data processed

Browsing data

Personal data relating to the user's browsing activity may be processed by automated means.
The information collected may include the following:
Internet Protocol (IP) address;
browser type and parameters of the device used to connect to the website;
name of the Internet Service Provider (ISP);
date and time of visit;
referring webpage (referral) and exit page;

For security purposes (spam filters, firewalls, virus detection), the data recorded automatically may also include data such as the IP address, which could be used, in accordance with applicable laws, to block attempts to damage the actual site or to cause harm to other users, or otherwise to prevent harmful activities or criminal offences. Data provided voluntarily by the user

Spazio Arredo s.r.l. collects certain personal data from users, such as first name, surname, email address and other personal data provided voluntarily by the user during registration, when requesting information via email or when subscribing to the newsletter.
The provision of this data is optional, explicit and voluntary, and entails the subsequent collection of the sender's email address, which is necessary to respond to enquiries, as well as any other personal data entered for the purposes of the service.

Optional nature of data provision and the right to be forgotten

This website processes data on the basis of consent.
By using or accessing this website, visitors and users explicitly accept this Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the methods and purposes described below, including any disclosure to third parties if necessary for the provision of a service.
The provision of data, and therefore consent to the collection and processing of data, is optional. The user may withhold consent and may withdraw any consent already given at any time in the following ways:
In the case of data collected via electronic correspondence generated by a contact form, the user must send an email requesting the explicit deletion of their data from any company CRM systems.
It is not possible to request the deletion of browsing data collected anonymously, as it is impossible to precisely identify the user with whom it is associated (by definition, such data is not considered "personal data").
Withholding consent may result in the inability to provide certain services, and the usual browsing experience on the website may be compromised.

Methods of processing

Personal data is processed using automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.

Specific security measures are taken to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorised access. That said, there is always a small risk that an unauthorised third party might intercept data transmitted over the internet, or that someone might find a way to circumvent our security systems. We therefore invite you to use caution when transmitting personal data via the Internet, particularly if this involves financial information. Spazio Arredo s.r.l. is unable to guarantee that unauthorised third parties will not gain access to your personal data; therefore, if you enter personal data on our website, you should consider the advantages and risks involved.
In addition to the data controller, certain categories of data processors involved in the organisation of the website (administrative, sales, marketing and legal staff, as well as system administrators) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies and communications agencies) may, in some cases, have access to the data.
Transfer of data to non-EU countries

This website may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union. The companies mentioned above guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.

be informed on its origin;
